Dog Rescue Gets a 'Lift' From Central Air

5/9/2009 - Meet Bear, a Shar-pei, that got a second chance on life. Bear was going to be put down due to over crowding in the animal shelter in Kansas City until a pilot from Central Air stepped up and helped with a transport.

Blue Sky Rescue in Minnesota found Bear but was unable to transport quickly enough, but luckily, a flight was already scheduled from Kansas City to Minneapolis, and there was room on-board for Bear.

Bear is now in a foster home, where he will be until a family comes and adopts him.
