Pilot Pay and Benefits:

For the first 3-months pilots are on probation, earning $2,000 per month. After probation, pilots can earn an average of $2,200-$2,800 per month depending on route schedule and duty assignment. After probation, if all is going well, a monthly bonus may be given in addition to route pay.

Paid vacation and holidays are earned after 1 year of full-time employment. After 90 days, health insurance is available to full time employees, Central Air Southwest pays 50% of the premium and the employee pays the other 50%. After 6-months of employment, if a pilot wants to obtain their ATP rating in the Aero Commander, CASW will provide the aircraft to the pilot at no charge.

SIC Program

In 1995, Central Air Southwest started a Second In Command program. Most of CASW's co-pilots are obtaining multi-engine experience, so that they can fly PIC for CASW.

We try to hire PIC's from our SIC program. To be considered for a SIC position with CAS fill out our online SIC application. Please contact Amy Towner for more information or fill out an online SIC application.

A&P Mechanics:

Applications from qualified A&P mechanics are always accepted for our Cushing and Kansas City bases. Please fax us a resume at (800) 300-1682, Attention: Darryl.
